Standard Shipping Charges

We offer a flat fee for standard shipping of any size piece: $49 to the contiguous 48 states. White Glove Shipping includes indoor delivery for $99. Please note this does not include unpacking or assembly. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Contact us for a price quote.  All shipping options are delivered during business hours.  

White Glove Shipping

White Glove Shipping is perfect for fragile or sensitive shipments, and includes indoor delivery in the room of your choice, as well as 30 minutes of service for removing from skids, placement and debris removal to an off-site receptacle.  Does not include furniture assembly.  Shipment tracking and scheduled delivery is available.  

Shipping time

Most orders ship in two to four days after they are processed by email. Transit time can take from four to seven days depending on your location. 

Items that are shippable by Fedex ground do not require delivery appointments. Larger items with ship via common carrier and they will contact you for a delivery appointment. They deliver Monday through Friday, business hours only.  

Standard shipping is delivered to the front door of your building, not inside.  If you it is a home it will be to the front door of your home. If it is to an apartment building, it is to the front door of your apartment building. They will not bring items upstairs or inside unless you pay for white glove delivery.   Note: we do not offer assembly services.   

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. Once the order has shipped we will deduct the shipping and return shipping charges. 

Return Policy

You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us or request that our delivery service pick up the item. Please note if you return an item the original shipping charges and return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. The Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We can also coordinate to have the item picked up. Return credits are issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Thank You. This does not apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Manufacturer Support Policy

We are a manufacturer of products that are available on a variety of platforms.  Feel free to contact us with questions.  In regards to replacement parts, we work on a case by case basis and have a 30 day warranty.  

Warranty

Kaleidoscope Furniture warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect within 30 days of delivery.  This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and no assembly labor is included. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way. Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty does not cover parts lost or damaged in transit, which remedy would require an additional cost.  All warranty claims must be accompanied by photos if possible, and the item will be returned in original packaging at the manufacturer’s expense within the warranty period.  This warranty does not cover standard returns, only defective products.  Standard refund is a 30 days from purchase, with return shipping charges deducted from refund.
